As a highly skilled and innovative Head of Procurement/ Commercial Director with both Change and Project Management skills, Kevin has a proven track record of success delivering strategic, complex, multi-billion-pound programmes. Using his transferrable skills in projects for both the public and private market sector, examples being NHS, HS2, Transport for London and Vaccine Taskforce. Kevin strives for successful results whilst also being quality focused, accompanied with excellent customer and client relationship skills.

In his previous role as Commercial Lead for the Antiviral Taskforce and Therapeutic Taskforce, Kevin was accountable for negotiating the UK’s antivirals and antibody contracts to support the Government’s objective of living with COVID 19. Even in high pressure environments, Kevin will exceed performance targets. 

Kevin’s area of expertise is designing and delivering Commercial transformation programmes, managing high value/high risk procurement projects, negotiating large value contracts, and setting up teams to manage contracts effectively. In partnership with the NHS, Kevin developed and implemented a new Commercial and Procurement function into the NHS. Leading the team to win the CIPS 2017 Annual Awards ‘Most Improved Procurement Operation – Start Up’

As an experienced speaker at professional events in both the UK and Oversees, Kevin regularly demonstrates his strong people skills whilst motivating his colleagues for a victorious team performance. 

Due to his outstanding work ethic, Kevin holds the highest level of accreditation at the UK Government Commercial Function (GCF), and a Master’s in Business Administration. 

Kevin brings his determination and focus into his personal life, by completing the London to Paris cycle ride, proving his resilient character. He also likes to rewind with golf and has supported his local football team ‘Luton Town’ for his whole life. 

Dr. Fahd brings a unique blend of academic rigor and real-world experience to Quantum 360. As an esteemed Assistant Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management at the University of Jeddah, he possesses a deep understanding of the latest trends and best practices. This knowledge is further amplified by his role as a business partner at Quantum 360, where he contributes directly to developing and implementing innovative solutions for our clients.

Dr. Fahd’s expertise extends beyond theory. Leveraging his strong foundation in analytical research and statistical methods, he excels in areas critical to your success: business analysis, supply chain network design, and operations optimization. He is also a valuable asset in mitigating risk within complex supply chains. Dr. Fahd’s proficiency in quantitative programs like R, MPlus, AMOS, and Python allows him to translate data into actionable insights, empowering businesses to make data-driven decisions and optimize efficiency across their logistics and supply chain processes.

A passionate leader and collaborator, Dr. Fahd is dedicated to fostering innovation within the team and empowering professionals in the fields of supply chain, logistics, and operations. He actively develops effective skills and strategies that drive performance improvement for our clients.

Helen has over 20 years of experience within high performing commercial teams, driving transformation and capability building in both private and public sector organisations. She started her career in retail, heading buying teams in Nike, Tesco and BP.  She has also worked as a commercial coach to senior leaders as part of a global cost management project and her more recent roles include senior commercial roles in NHS England and Vaccine TaskForce, setting up commercial teams and improving efficiencies.

Helen specialises in integrating effective tools and processes to boost commercial capability. She provides transformation by improving processes, documentation, and working methods.

Helen works closely with senior client teams, ensuring the delivery of projects improve client business practices, commercial contractual terms and process through the delivery of complex and structured cost reduction programs, strategic and transformation projects.

Helen is passionate about Improving the way an organisation or team operates, how they can improve value for money, for the shareholder or taxpayer and achieve improved and sustained results.  She loves helping individuals be more confident in the role, give them the tools and skills they need to perform better and give them the opportunity to deliver greater impact.

In her spare time, Helen enjoys cooking but most importantly being with her 6-year-old son who keeps her very busy!

Sabrina Kelly is a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist with over 20 years of experience of managing and delivering multi-billion-pound contracts for Birmingham Highways, Npower, NHS, GlaxoSmithKline, UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) and the Ministry of Justice (MoJ).

Sabrina specialises in developing and implementing strategic contract performance frameworks and improvement plans, alongside outstanding supplier relationship management. She has the ability to deliver high complex contracts, whilst building and sustaining productive relationships between clients and suppliers ensuring a seamless approach is applied to the contract lifecycle.

She thrives on building and sustaining healthy relationships between clients and suppliers, ensuring robust contract delivery is in place between key stakeholders. Her expertise lies in helping organisations manage contracts effectively which drives positive outcomes and long-term partnerships.

Sabrina is passionate in providing targeted support to diverse suppliers, helping them navigate the complexities of contract delivery successfully. From offering expert guidance and a unique toolkit, after a contract win to assisting suppliers in fulfilling their legal obligations, she ensures all parties maintain sustainable relationships.

In addition to her contract management services, Sabrina offers bespoke training programs tailored to organisations unique needs. Her training addresses specific organisational needs and skill gaps focussed on managing and delivering contracts, navigating complex contractual landscapes and strengthening supplier relationships. With a practical, results-driven approach, Sabrina empowers businesses to achieve their goals while maintaining strong governance and compliance standards.

In her spare time, she enjoys keeping fit, by working out at the gym, and trying different workout classes, even if she does regret it at the end of the class. She has a love for travelling and exploring new cuisines and cultures.

Bryce has 23 years of procurement experience in the construction and public sector, including TfL, HS2, EWR, and the Thames Tideway Tunnel. Over £1 billion in pre-construction professional services contracts were obtained, as well as multi-billion-pound infrastructure projects.

Bryce specialises in professional services contracts and design-build contracts. He is also an expert in acquiring high-value, complex strategic construction works and services.

Bryce is passionate about innovation and is always looking for ways to improve procurement processes and contracting strategies in order to maximise benefits for end users.

Bryce enjoys football in his spare time, particularly coaching children and his own two sons.

Ami is a highly regarded Senior Commercial and Project Manager with 20 years of experience that has developed and delivered across several sectors across central government, infrastructure and health including rail infrastructure, health care and housing. 

A natural leader and integrator of teams across commercial, project management commissions and advisory roles, Ami brings exceptional organisational skills in setting up teams, and successfully engaging clients and stakeholders for all projects she has worked on. 

Ami has provided procurement advice and consultancy services on small to large projects for High Speed Two (HS2), East West Rail (EWR); NHS England (NHSE), Midland Heart Housing, Framework provider Fusion 21. More recently, her expertise has been focussed upon the commissioning project for the National Citizen Service Trust (NCST) to deliver on their residential and digital requirements.

Her knowledge of working in multiple sectors has resulted in the successful delivery of numerous projects across varied areas such as the development and delivery phases of large UK infrastructure projects which includes East West Rails submission of their Development Consent Order (DCO), asset management, finance, human resources, medical equipment and professional services. As well as generating significant cash releasing savings and improving processes and procedures, a number of these projects have also resulted in being nominated and a winning award for commercial services provided within healthcare and housing. 

Ami fully understands the complex relationships between client, supplier and other stakeholders and the scrutiny that public bodies are subjected to when it comes to value for money and used to working in a political environment where decisions / strategy can change on a regular basis.

On all projects she ensures a high level of compliance to procurement regulations (public and Utilities contact regulations) and client policies, delivered value and savings on all my projects including social value and environmental (Net Zero Carbon), increased productivity and streamline the procurement process and documents, supported with risk management, mitigations, and overall compliance with various obligations, ensuring a suitable risk profile is maintained for clients. 

Ami’s area of expertise includes project management of large infrastructure projects, commercial lifecycle which includes developing category pipelines, strategic papers, procurement, leading on negotiations and ensuring contracts and services are mobilised and managed, development of delivery models, development of process maps and identification of constraints, non-value-added activities to reduce cost and time for clients and development of strategic procurement plans for commercial departments. She also has strong stakeholder management skills and understand and manage complex relationships between clients and their key stakeholders both internally and externally. 

In my spare time I am a keen on sports and exercise specially doing sailing and Tai Chi, spending quality time with my family and friends which is important to me and also travelling to experience and learn about different cultures and peoples. 

Paul is a procurement and contracts specialist with a track record of success in delivering complex construction and development projects in the UK and the Middle East.

Recently in his role as Senior Commercial Manager at Places for London, Transport for London’s property arm, he has led a competitive dialogue procurement to appoint a joint venture partner to deliver Electrical Vehicle (EV) Charging Hubs across London.  This meant leading on all procurement and commercial aspects of this innovative project which will lead to the development of a network of EV chargers across London, which will generate, long-term sustainable and growing dividends for the client.

Paul has a track-record in delivering revenue-generating public projects having led the procurement of the Platinum Portfolio project for Places for London. This project, to appoint a joint-venture property development partner to deliver commercial offices above Bank, Southwark and Paddington stations is worth circa £900M and the procurement was successful delivered against a stretched programme.

In terms of construction projects Paul has an array of experience of delivering high-profile and complex projects on-time and to an outstanding level of quality.  These exciting projects include the construction of a new cultural and education development in Stratford, London.  East Bank – is the UK’s newest cultural quarter at the heart of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. East Bank is a unique collaboration between cultural institutions, comprising of BBC Music Studios; London College of Fashion, UAL; Sadler’s Wells East; UCL (University College London) and V&A East. Paul led on the procurement of 38 construction trade packages for the delivery of this site.

Paul has also led the procurement of a major design package for a new high-speed rail link in the UK  was responsible for leading the procurement of one of the main stadia for the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup, and he also spent almost 5 years as part of the London 2012 Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) team where he was the Procurement Lead with responsibility for the procurement of multiple capital projects and consultancy appointments within the Transport Department.

Olumide Ariba is a highly accomplished procurement professional with over 15 years of experience, specialising in contract management, negotiation, and niche procurement projects. He has successfully delivered high-value initiatives across the UK’s public and private sectors, professional services, and the oil and gas industries.

A notable career achievement includes leading the £2.7 billion HS2 Ltd Rolling Stock procurement project, which he successfully defended against a legal challenge. This underscores his expertise in managing complex, high-stakes initiatives with precision and strategic foresight.

Olu holds an MSc in Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management, a BSc in Business Administration, and is a certified member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS).

With a proven track record of optimising procurement processes and delivering value-driven results, Olu brings strategic insight and operational excellence to every project he undertakes.

With over 20 years of marketing experience, Valeria serves as the Marketing Leader at Quantum 360 where she oversee all aspects of communications and social media strategy to enhance brand presence and drive audience engagement. She is responsible for developing strategic content that highlights the company’s expertise in procurement consultancy and the value delivered to clients.

Throughout her career, Valeria has demonstrated a proven track record of creating impactful marketing strategies that align with business goals and deliver measurable results.

Valeria’s extensive expertise spans marketing communications, brand management, and digital strategy. Her passion lies in fostering conversations that resonate with clients and partners, firmly positioning Quantum 360 as a leader in the procurement consultancy sector.

Philippa is a highly experienced Procurement, Contracts and Supplier Relationship Management expert with 19 years’ experience across central and local government, health, charity, private and regulatory environments.  With a degree in Economics and Politics and CIPS qualified, she has also completed courses in Business Sustainability Management and Sustainable Supply Chains at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. She has applied this knowledge in developing and embedding ESG frameworks for both public and private sector clients.  

Vanessa has extensive experience with more than 15 years in the profession working on both commissioning and procurement projects across several sectors including central and local government; transport; infrastructure and health.  

She has provided procurement advice and consultancy services on small to large projects for Transport for London (TfL); East West Rail (EWR); the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) – HM Prison Service Sector; Royal Mail; the former Department for the Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (DEFRA); various London Borough Councils and Local Authorities; and NHS England.  More recently, my expertise has been focussed upon a commissioning project for the National Citizen Service (NCS).

Her knowledge of working in multiple sectors has resulted in the successful delivery of numerous projects across varied categories such as business travel and events; civil works & engineering; light & heavy rail; non-clinical professional services; fleet; office and professional services.  As well as generating significant cash releasing savings and improving processes and procedures, a number of these projects have also resulted in being nominated and winning awards for both hospitality and travel. 

Whilst delivering on key projects, Vanessa has ensured compliance with the Public Contract Regulations, associated policies and best practice guidance to assist clients in achieving successful and compliant procurements. By working closely with stakeholders, she has been able to save time, money and resources, reduce compliance breaches and risks, increase productivity and streamline the procurement process, so that every project runs smoothly and meets the required targets.

Vanessa is specialised in developing procurement strategies, tender documentation, reports, and specifications.  Having worked across a wide range of categories and sectors, she is able to ensure that all factors and options are considered to achieve project objectives. She also works well with internal and external stakeholders at all commercial levels, understanding their strategic aims and objectives.  

Vanessa’s role within the Quantum team is co-ordinating and developing comprehensive tender documentation, procurement strategies and reports.  She is also responsible for managing and supporting the procurement processes by communicating progress between the project team and clients, managing deadlines and deliverables and interfacing between the client; bidders; and the Quantum team.  Vanessa works closely with client teams to help implement recommendations ensuring successful long-term outcomes whilst enabling the client to sustain these benefits through structured handovers and coaching to upskill in house-teams.   

Vanessa is passionate about the provision of procurement services, delivering added value to client projects by way of meeting and exceeding expectations.  She is driven by the positive impact that procurement has on organisations and the importance of ensuring the best service is achieved for the most competitive price. Her other key driver is building positive relationships with stakeholders, understanding the challenges they face and providing a fit for purpose solution.
